    Default Carry a water bladder?

Do you carry a water bladder to most games? Or do you just wait till breaks inbetween to hydrate?

Excludes large OPs lasting all day of course.

I always have water on me on the field, be it a camelback, or canteens.

Always have my hydration backpack on me, and just run the tube through the strap of my plate carrier. It's a freakin' life saver, especially on hot days.

Any game where I will be on the field for an extended period with no good opportunities to go back to staging, whether it be a full-size multi-day op or a partial day quasi-op, I will fill my water bladder. For open-play style events, I may not even run a rig, let alone put water in my hydration pouch; for these games I tend to use bottled water in my cargo pocket.

I think he was getting at:
Dose Only with water added for evaporation and no routine water changes Vs. Routine Water changes whether you dose or not

As a nurse and former medic, I have always stressed good hydration. In Oklahoma I was tagged as a 'Water Nazi' as I was constantly nagging players to keep drinking water.
